About the Role:

Amazon’s Fulfillment Center Learning and Development team is hiring a Trainer to coordinate, deliver, and improve training programs that support the success and productivity of fulfillment operations. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills to enhance team performance and create a highly engaging learning environment.

The Team:

As part of Amazon’s operations division, this team is responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and developing fulfillment center associates. Trainers ensure that process standards, safety measures, and skill requirements are met through structured training programs aligned with Amazon India’s operations model.

The Work You’ll Do:

The Trainer will evaluate training needs across departments, manage documentation standards, and collaborate with operations and HR partners to ensure consistent learning experiences. The position demands a proactive learning mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse training priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led training and support new hire onboarding.
  • Supervise process assistants and operations ambassadors during new hire training.
  • Maintain accurate and updated training records.
  • Use data to improve learning quality and track audit completion.
  • Coordinate cross-training plans to address peak operational demands.
  • Partner with operations leaders to identify skill gaps and critical training needs.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR (PxT partners) on employee development initiatives.
  • Participate in regional learning projects and implement best practices.

Training delivery, Process coaching, Data analysis, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Time management, Problem solving, English and Hindi fluency, Employee engagement, Operations process understanding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and observational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a customer-facing environment preferred.
